"It is easier to stay upright than to get upright" is one of our teaching philosophies. Our bracing video is the latest in or "In Depth" instructional video series. As usual, we have packed this 1 hour and 51 minute video with lots of step by step instructions for you to start your path on mastering the "Art of staying upright." Since most paddlers don't like capsizing, it makes it difficult to learn bracing. Over the years, we at USK have put together a very user friendly teaching sequence to help paddlers learn their bracing skills.
