USK's founder Wayne Horodowich has just published his second book entitled "Guiding and Planning Adventures - The Art of Leading." Wayne has combined his 50+ years of guiding experience with that of his leadership staff and his professional guide friends into the pages of this book. Wayne's first book, "Practicing Good Judgment - An Adventurer's Guide to Making Critical Decisions" was supposed to be a chapter in his new guiding book but the subject was too long so it became a book of its own. It is a perfect companion book to the new "Guiding and Planning Adventures" book. Being able to make critical decsions should be done with a reliable process. It is better to be proactive in anticipating incidents rather than just reacting to them. This book will guide you through a Decision-Making Process along with identifying the factors that need to be considered before, during and after taking action.

Given the weiht of books it is extremely expensive to ship outside of the US. All domestic book orders will be sent via media mail in the U.S.
