Thanks to Duane Stosaker for sharing his recipe. Duane is an avid paddler in the southern California area. He likes to paddle long distances and maintaining his energy on his trips is important. These are Duane's famous "Expedition Bars" that provide the energy for those long days of paddling and have great structural intergrity so they don't go to pieces.
